So it can be said that not everything written in newspapers or magazines can be referred to as news. Advertising and cooking recipes can not be called news, which is called news is a report about an event. In other words, an event will never make news if it is not reported.
From some definitions or limitations about the news, in principle there are several important elements that must be considered from the definition, namely:
